Mclntosh High School has appointed former state championship head coach John McKenzie as They Head Coach

Coach McKenzie's last championship was at Vigor in 2021, and he made a fourth-round appearance in 2024.

Coach McKenzie joins the team with the goal of expanding his legacy and building upon one of the program's strongest seasons in years. Welcome aboard, coach.

John McKenzie Record As Head Coach Is 36-22 Across 6 Seasons

2021: Led the Wolves to a (14-1) record and the AHSAA Class 4A state championship.

2024: Returned to Vigor and led the team to a (12-2)record and a 5A semifinal appearance before Stepping Down.
